LejSmart – Terms of Sale

Version 1.0 (Go Live)

These Terms of Sale apply to all bookings made through LejSmart. By completing a booking, the customer accepts these Terms of Sale.

1. Company Information

• LejSmart is operated by AA Group ApS.
• Company contact details are available on the LejSmart website.

2. Booking

• A booking is only binding once it has been confirmed by LejSmart.
• LejSmart reserves the right to refuse a booking in cases of insufficient documentation, payment issues or suspected misuse.

3. Prices

• All prices displayed during the booking process are shown in Danish kroner (DKK), unless otherwise stated.
• Optional extras, fees and any applicable charges are displayed before payment is completed.

4. Payment

• Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout.
• Payments are processed through the selected payment provider.

5. Refundable Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be reserved in connection with the rental.
• The deposit will be released as soon as possible after the vehicle has been returned and approved, subject to any justified deductions.

6. Cancellation

• More than 7 days before rental: 100% refund.
• 48 hours to 7 days before rental: 75% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before rental: No refund.

7. Booking Changes

• Changes to a booking are subject to availability and approval by LejSmart.
• Changes to the rental period or selected vehicle may affect the total price.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate booking information.
• The customer must comply with LejSmart's Rental Terms and Conditions throughout the rental period.

9. Complaints

• Any complaints should be submitted to LejSmart as soon as possible.
• LejSmart aims to process all enquiries and complaints without unnecessary delay.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms of Sale are governed by Danish law.
