LejSmart – Customer Guide

Thank you for choosing LejSmart. This guide will help you before, during and after your rental.

1. Before Your Rental

• You will receive a booking confirmation together with practical information by email and SMS.
• Please check your rental date, time and collection location.
• Bring a valid driving licence.

2. Vehicle Collection

• Keyless collection is the standard option, allowing you to collect the vehicle quickly and conveniently.
• If you prefer a personal handover with a full vehicle walkthrough, you can select this during booking or arrange it with LejSmart.
• Follow the instructions to unlock the vehicle.
• Take the 8 mandatory photos (4 sides and 4 corners).
• Inspect the vehicle and contact LejSmart immediately if you notice any unregistered damage.

3. During Your Rental

• Only registered drivers may drive the vehicle.
• Drive responsibly and comply with all traffic laws.
• Driving within the EU requires the 'EU Driving' option to be selected during booking.
• If an accident or damage occurs, contact LejSmart as soon as possible.

4. Returning the Vehicle

• Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location.
• Refuel the vehicle to the same level as when collected.
• Take the 8 mandatory return photos.
• Lock the vehicle and return the key according to the digital instructions.

5. After the Rental

• Your refundable security deposit will be released as soon as possible after the vehicle has been inspected and approved.
• You will receive a rental completion email and may be invited to review your experience on Trustpilot.
